You will have access to a pre-approved amount, from £50k to £1m, providing easy multiple drawdowns throughout the term, with no further arrangement, valuation or legal fees required for traditional finance.
The facility is Interest Only and calculated daily, so you only pay for the funds you use for the time used, with no monthly management, early repayment fees or cancellation notice. Capital repayments are at your discretion throughout the term of the facility.

The Portfolio Builder is a commercial loan available to UK Limited Companies. This allows loan decisions to be based on the strength of your business and provide access to loans at significantly higher LTV’s.
